Production Time
Each planner is made to order and created with care just for you. Orders are produced in the order they are received, which means production times may vary slightly depending on current demand.
That said, production will not exceed 10 business days from the date your order is placed (if for some reason it will, we will reach out and let you know!). Once your planner is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped your way—and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s on the move ✨

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to absolutely love your planner and feel confident in your purchase. Each planner is thoughtfully designed with intention, care, and a whole lot of heart 💫
Because our planners are physical products and often printed, packaged, or prepared specifically for each order, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or returns at this time.
That said—if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite right, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery. We’re always happy to help make things right and will gladly review your order to find the best possible solution.
